Mitchell seems to be off to a fine start, advice from him would certainly be of value.
It sounds like you are focused on building a dynasty. Two others you could consider reaching out to about this are current PNFL owner Thomas Murphy (his Jets are the current PNFL dynasty) and current PNFL commissioner, Rich Colacino (he owned several PNFL teams in the past and had several dynasties.) Those guys are familiar with this style of league and have been able to sustain success and win championships year in year out like no others I’ve ever been in a league with.
Here’s hoping you can get some good tips from all three!
