No way in hell, should any PCFL Ad/GM/Coach should be limited by having any positions phazed out.

I am afraid that if I wanted to run 2-FBs on roster, but there were enough other programs that wanted to 2-FBs on roster as well, with the above plan, I might be stuck with only 1-FB. Why not just do enough FBs per class to have 2-FBs per program? Now, as I am typing this, I think if HBs are so strong & Endurance, then 2-FB programs that need at least 1-FB could just s, right?ign the strongest HB & position him/her to FB

Because I kept getting outbid for every decent HB during recruitment, I went for the 5-star FB. Built many running plays focusing on using him for this season. Was successful in week 1 versus Notre Dame. Over 100 yards rushing! Unfortunately, he got injured near the end of the game, forcing us to grab a 3-star walk on for week 2. Will have them both active in week 3. 3-star will be the back up to prevent the game from doing weird substitutions. My goal is to prove FBs can be the primary ball carrier and thus should not be phased out. Doesn't mean I won't suddenly switch to my HB as the primary ball carrier for some games this season.

You know this already happened in The SFL’s Motor City V8s, did it for many seasons. I like the idea of having a FB involved in running game, but not only back with quality amount of carries, & I love the idea of a R (not a walk-on) as a deep backup in running game or just many plays as such, but not quality amount of carries. I would have a lot more RBs than just a single FB.

I also have more than just winning as a goal for trying to be at least UMHs’ AD/GM/Coach, I want to prove my Off. & Def. not only work, but used right produce wins-championships-dynasty.

What I mean in previous replying post, to you, is you could use SFL’s Motor City V8’s seasons of only using FBs as RBs & only TEs as Receivers/awesome running blocking from receiving core as a trend setter (with all the positives & negatives they had) for you to succeed, while hopefully, avoiding their mistakes-negatives.
