The Volunteers visit Washington week 2. "The team will be on a mission, we have business to take care of in Seattle this weekend," said DE James Pearce Jr. After an unexpected loss to the Florida Gators last weekend, the Volunteers see this as a must win game. "When we take the field at Husky Stadium, we're going to play with the attitude of the Miami Hurricanes from the 1980s and play like a team that was coached by Jerry Glanville," said Coach Chambers. QB Nico Iamaleava took a more humble tone, saying "I'll be taking the field where Michael Penix Jr. became one of the best QBs in college football, I hope to have a good day passing for the Volunteers. Go Big Orange."
