No bid can be withdrawn unless it is the first bid placed on that player and no other team has bid on the same player.

After training camp, Florida State will be switching to become another ACC team, Boston College.

The rest of the players remaining can be signed after TC as walk-ons. The to allow signing of walk-ons before TC failed by a 3-3 vote.
